Have been in the field of underwater/maritime archaeology for 20 years. Main work is to promote the study of underwater cultural heritage in Japan. A director of Maritime Archaeology Lab. Received Ph.D. from Texas A&M University. Attending this research as a researcher from Kyushu University Research Center for Coastal Seafloor.
